Two the things that I adore are supporting small & local entrepreneurs and feeling fashionable and trendy. This past fall I ran into one of my yoga students at an area market, and discovered her beautiful brand! Environmentally friendly everything is my jam these days, and I was delighted to find this brand new local biz. Ironically, at the same market as Lilla, I ran into another gym client of mine who had just gotten her new venture up and running. Guilt-free Pleasure
Who would have thought, an accidental dessert recipe would come to be one of my new family favorites? As you know, I'm always experimenting in the kitchen, trying to find ways to bring nutrition and flavor together seamlessly. I am passionate about healthy living and one major pillar is our diets and what we put in our bodies. So many of the pre-packaged treats or convenient mixes available on the market, are FULL of toxic chemicals and dangerous amounts of sugar, many of which cause or worsen symptoms of chronic disease. These store bought desserts are hazardous to our minds and bodies and it is a major goal of mine to create delicious desserts you can feel GOOD about eating!
