What I'm Loving Right Now {Spring Special}

Spring is in the air (finally!) and I'm BACK with another edition of What I'm Loving.

I'm sharing some of my current obsessions in the wellness space to have you feeling your best this season and beyond! From need to know info online, to trusted brands and favorite products, read on to find some of the best ways to Spring into health and well-being; mind, body, and spirit.

There are thousands upon thousands of social media accounts to follow, and it can be challenging to find ones that relay important and truthful information. There are many (unfortunately) that have been shadow banned or completely removed at one point for the knowledge they were trying to share with the public when we so desperately needed it. Others offer incredible personal growth and spiritual practices, and deeper insight into astrology or other mystical arts. But a few stand out physicians, astrologists, psychologists, holistic healers, and wellness advocates lead the charge in continuing to share crucial information, inspire, empower, and spread the message of love to all.


Dr. Bradley Campbell ; Alternative medicine doctor / Holistic health care provider

I came across Dr. Campbells page long ago when I found a video he created about hormonal health and natural healing modalities. I fell in love with his huge heart for humanity and passion for helping others become their "own doctor" through education, self discovery and advocacy. You'll find an incredible amount of helpful information accompanied by his adorable dog Albus and hilarious memes.

Spirit Daughter ; Astrologist / Cosmic guide

Jill aka Spirit Daughter was one of the very first astrology accounts I started following years ago after listening to a podcast episode featuring her "year ahead" forecast. I have learned an amazing amount about the energy of the cosmos and how they affect each of us as individuals and as a collective. Her posts help you navigate the current skies and teach you how to use the current energy to your advantage in every area of life. And even if you are not into the more esoteric side of personal growth, you'll still love all the inspiration she offers. The Food Babe ; Author / Whole food nutrition advocate

Vani aka The Food Babe has become famous for her expose` style videos and posts, calling out the companies and organizations profiting off of our illness. She has been deep diving the world of industrial and processed foods for years and has created waves in the US, causing many big name food companies to discontinue the use of harmful chemicals in their products and replace them with safe, natural alternatives. She is on a mission to make an impact, asking government agencies that overlook these billion dollar corporations to apply stricter rules when it comes to what they are able to put in their products…many of which have not been deemed safe for human consumption. Creative Explained ; Upcycling artist / Zero waste extraordinaire

Armen will be your new virtual best friend. He shares ways to reuse household items to create natural DIY products, even offering how to grow almost anything from home. He is all about sustainability and zero waste, and that is something we can all do better with. Plus, his energetic style will wear off on you!

Doc Jen Fit ; Doctor of physical therapy / certified personal trainer

I found Jen a few years ago when I was struggling with lingering sports injuries and some undesirable aches and pains caused by strenuous exercise and (honestly) lack of body awareness. And WOW, she is a wealth of knowledge! I have learned so much about basic body mechanics and how to keep it performing at it's peak, minus the discomfort I would often experience. POWERFUL Pods

Over the years I have found myself less interested in mindless TV watching or Netflix bingeing (other than the occasional health documentary) and have been more attracted to the world of podcasts. You can take them pretty much anywhere, listen from multiple streaming services, and can learn and grow in the process. Here are a few episodes you'll want to add to your que!

One of my go to listens weekly is the Almost 30 podcast (and no, you don't have to be in your late 20's to enjoy it). Lindsey and Krista offer a variety of guests and thought provoking conversations discussing everything from health and wellness, to career and financial advice, spiritual and personal growth and much more. This episode is a must listen. Dr. Zach Bush is a powerful thought leader and a genuine and authentic healer and human, and you'll be hanging on every word. There is much to be learned about our world and our inner selves, and this is a beautiful place to start. **I HIGHLY recommend listening to the other episodes featuring Dr. Bush, you can search for them anywhere you listen to podcasts.


My good friend Jen recently turned me on to The Mindset Mentor podcast featuring Rob Dial, a successful entrepreneur turned motivational speaker. What I love about his daily messages, they are short, concise, and actionable. Rob helps you to recognize your own potential in creating change in your life, relationships, career, health, and more. He has a passion for helping people become the best version of themselves, and his podcast is truly motivational, and this episode is a perfect example of his mission for you and the world. **Each day a new episode is released, I recommend starting your day with his inspirational messages.


The Model Health Show podcast is hands down the best place to find relevant and science backed information you need to know! Shawn Stevenson is an absolute genius at breaking down complex health issues and offering a myriad of solutions anyone can apply to their life. While he often interviews some of the top in their respected fields in the wellness space, Shawn also delivers some potent information in many of his solo episodes that can help you live a longer, healthier, happier life. This is just one of the many eye opening interviews, taking a deep dive into the causes of chronic illness and means of prevention.

**I implore you to listen to any and all episodes you have time for (trust me you have more time than you think) and learn how you can feel your best today and beyond!

ROCKIN Reads

I know, I know…not everyone is a total bookworm like me, but hear me out! Spending your free time consuming VALUABLE information, instead of watching television, fear based news, or scrolling social media (that takes us further from our true nature) is 100% worth it. We are here to live this life in constant evolution, becoming the highest version of ourselves; which includes feeling our best physically and mentally. Books can help us find deeper connection to one another and the planet, and dive into our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to help us learn (and often unlearn) by offering insight and actionable advice. Each of us may be on different paths, but I can assure you, your individual path ahead becomes clearer once you get quiet with yourself, and do some work.

Reading and learning not only improves cognitive function as we age, it can be a guide for your next steps on your health & wellness, personal growth, or spiritual journey.
